Common questions
How do I buy and start learning?
Pick the product, sign in with your email and pay online. Once the payment is confirmed it appears in "My library" right away.
Do I need a password?
No. You sign in with a code sent to your email each time.
Can I get a refund?
Every product has a refund policy shown before you pay. If you're within it, you request the refund yourself from the receipt; otherwise our finance team reviews your request.
How do I join a live session?
The time shows in your time zone in your library, and you join from the same page a few minutes before it starts.
How do I book a one-to-one call?
Pick an open time from the teacher's calendar, shown in your time zone; it's booked for you once you pay.
Can I learn on my phone?
Yes. Dqeqh works in the phone and computer browser, no app needed.
What language is the content in?
The site is in Arabic and English, every product shows its language, and you can filter search by language.
Can I trust the reviews?
Only people who bought the product and actually started it can review it, and every review is public.
