This policy explains how DQEQH ("DQEQH" or "we") collects, uses and protects your personal data when you use dqeqh.com. We comply with the Personal Data Protection Law of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

  1. 1Data we collect

    Account data: your email address or mobile number when you sign in.

    Expert list: the name, email, field and link you share when you join the waitlist.

    Technical data: IP address, browser type and pages visited, for security and performance measurement.

    Usage statistics through Google Analytics, only if you accept analytics cookies.

  2. 2How we use it

    To run your account and sign you in, to email you about the launch if you joined the waitlist, to protect the platform from fraud and abuse, and to improve the site through aggregated statistics.

    We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

  3. 3Cookies

    We use essential cookies for sign-in and security; these do not need consent.

    Google Analytics cookies are only enabled after you accept, and you can change your choice at any time from the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the page. Advertising cookies are always off.

  4. 4Who we share it with

    Only with service providers that process data on our behalf: Supabase (database and sign-in), Vercel (hosting), Resend (email delivery) and Google (analytics, after your consent).

    We may disclose data where the law requires it.

  5. 5Transfers outside Saudi Arabia

    Your data may be stored or processed on servers outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia by the providers above, with appropriate safeguards as the law requires.

  6. 6Retention

    We keep account data while your account exists, and waitlist data until launch or until you ask us to delete it. We then delete or anonymize it unless the law requires us to keep it.

  7. 7Your rights

    You have the right to know what data we hold about you and get a copy, to correct it, to ask us to delete it, and to withdraw your consent at any time. Email hello@dqeqh.com and we will respond within 30 days.

    You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Saudi Data & AI Authority (SDAIA).

  8. 8Security

    We use encryption in transit, restricted access and an audit log for every sensitive admin action. No method is perfect, but we protect your data to a high standard.

  9. 9Children

    The platform is not intended for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian's supervision, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

  10. 10Changes

    We may update this policy. We will post the new date at the top of this page and tell you about significant changes.
